去年,國網(wang)(wang)每天2012年二(er)(er)是批(pi)(pi)(pi)招(zhao)投(tou)標(biao)文件,電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)余量生長11%,GIS隔(ge)斷數(shu)(shu)的增加(jia)100%,在(zai)(zai)其中110kV端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級分類有(you)很(hen)大程(cheng)度的發展(zhan):(1)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)招(zhao)標(biao)會(hui)總(zong)體積增長額11%:二(er)(er)、批(pi)(pi)(pi)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)項目招(zhao)標(biao)總(zong)功率(lv)(lv)達(da)55419MVA,同比(bi)(bi)(bi)環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)生長11%.在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)當中110kV電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)存儲量達(da)20002MVA,相比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)漲47%,220kV電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量達(da)26070MVA,月環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)持續(xu)(xu)(xu)增長10%.110kV的增加(jia)速度快,與國網(wang)(wang)第(di)十二(er)(er)五(wu)哺乳(ru)(ru)期(qi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)哺乳(ru)(ru)期(qi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)加(jia)高110kV及下例(li)配(pei)網(wang)(wang)施工積極(ji)性相一致(zhi),估計隨(sui)后將接(jie)著(zhu)的增加(jia)。(2)GIS逐年上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)升100%:二(er)(er)是批(pi)(pi)(pi)中標(biao)GIS總(zong)數(shu)(shu)時間(jian)(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔(ge)數(shu)(shu)達(da)2378連續(xu)(xu)(xu),占比(bi)(bi)(bi)環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)成(cheng)長成(cheng)長100%;在(zai)(zai)當中110kV及下述GIS為(wei)(wei)1893連續(xu)(xu)(xu),同比(bi)(bi)(bi)環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增加(jia)130%,220kVGIS隔(ge)斷數(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)455間(jian)(jian)(jian)格,同比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)漲率(lv)(lv)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)漲24%;330kV為(wei)(wei)23間(jian)(jian)(jian)斷,550kV為(wei)(wei)6間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔(ge)時間(jian)(jian)(jian),GIS迅猛的增加(jia)反映出用作(zuo)要(yao)進(jin)(jin)行隔(ge)選擇(ze)離(li)旋(xuan)鈕的態勢在(zai)(zai)續(xu)(xu)(xu)展(zhan)。(3)守(shou)(shou)護類機(ji)械環(huan)保(bao)設備(bei):守(shou)(shou)護類機(ji)械環(huan)保(bao)設備(bei)競價總(zong)計下來4030套(tao),至少110kV及接(jie)下來總(zong)數(shu)(shu)2690套(tao),的比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)為(wei)(wei)達(da)66%,220kV1139套(tao),比(bi)(bi)(bi)率(lv)(lv)達(da)28%.另(ling)外換流站(zhan)站(zhan)自動化愛護總(zong)額為(wei)(wei)40%,低過最批(pi)(pi)(pi)的36%.(4)變(bian)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)站(zhan)管控體系:這(zhe)次變(bian)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)站(zhan)管控招(zhao)標(biao)公示(shi)共333套(tao),里面110kV及下類總(zong)計有(you)255套(tao),覆蓋率(lv)(lv)達(da)76%,220kV73套(tao),占比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)達(da)22%;進(jin)(jin)來換流站(zhan)站(zhan)智慧風控比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)為(wei)(wei)65%,稍(shao)低于(yu)一是批(pi)(pi)(pi)的70%,但(dan)總(zong)的高過每年水準。
